Back to reality… like Henry, we all know there is no easy solution to a complex problem. Our small business challenges require research, thinking and trying. These are important skills to ensure we don’t get led down the garden path by Easy Buttons and the like.
Treat your business problems with respect; give them the attention they need according to their importance. Sure, take the Easy Button for a trial run but be prepared to discover there’s more work than you anticipated after you dive in. Relabel your button (and your expectations) to STEP ONE instead.
